YogaKids is considered the premiere yoga education for children because we integrate music, language arts, science, math, and art into a yoga class. This keeps the class engaging and educational for children’s active minds and bodies! Come join us as at a class as we stretch like cats, stand steady like trees, and fold over like leaves. While “playing” yoga, kids will increase their strength, flexibility, concentration, and ability to relax!
