YogaKids
is considered the premiere yoga education for children because we integrate
music, language arts, science, math, and art into a yoga class. This
keeps the class engaging and educational for children’s active minds
and bodies! Come join us as at a class as we stretch like cats, stand
steady like trees, and fold over like leaves. While “playing” yoga, kids
will increase their strength, flexibility, concentration, and ability
to relax! Carolyn Clarke offers YogaKids classes throughout the San Diego,
